A short time before I met Joe he pushed the scale at 220.  He's not proud of this.  About eight years ago, he decided he had enough of the late night potato chips and ice-cream.  He started working out and cutting out unhealthy carbs. That's it.  About a year later he had lost all but the best of him and now runs seven or eight miles several times a week.  How did this 180 come about?  Read his story here:
